Shipping and returns information for Louise Hanes Sleepwear.

Delivery times

Our delivery times are estimated as closely as possible and subject to stock availability. We’ll do our best to ensure stock is available, but please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

You’ll receive a track and trace number via email when your order is dispatched.

If you give your courier company permission to leave your order, we are not responsible if your parcel disappears (unfortunately, it does happen).

Returns

We appreciate that online shopping can be hard. So we offer the following return options within 14 days of your order arriving.

Wrong size? Want to try a different colour?

We’ll happily exchange your order if you’ve picked the wrong size, picked a gift that is the wrong size, or wish to try a different colour. However, your order must:

  • be in its original condition with tags in place

  • have no makeup marks or other marks on it.

If you have any other reasons for wanting to return your order, please contact us.

How to return your order

You must return your order via courier using ‘track and trace’ and ‘signature required’. You will need to organise and pay for your return.

Please include the packaging if you saved it.

We are not responsible if your parcel is lost in transit.

You are covered by the Consumer Consumer Guarantees Act

We will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
